Rectangular Cottage pre 1815 (rentbook). Brick with grey slate gabled
roof with 2 rectangular brick chimneys. Wide boxed eaves and verges.
Good small cast iron Gothick casements to front; cast iron casements
with small rectangular panes to rear. Late C19 4 panel door with good
ornate brass knocker. The cottage, of 2 storeys and 3 windows, was
originally a 2-window cottage with a 1-bay shippon with hayloft over,
right.
