Mid C17 cottage. One-storey and attic, lobby entry, three-unit plan. Rendered
timber-frame with corrugated iron roof, and two dormer windows. Soft red brick ridge
stack with moulded cornice and date panel. Interior has chamfered ceiling beams
and sunken dairy to left hand.
