Gate lodge to Park House (q.v.) now two dwellings. Mid C19. Gault brick, pyramidal slate roof with tall brick stack at apex. A central gabled dormer with slated cheeks to the north and south roof slopes. Two storeys and attic with added single storey lean-to on the south side. Square plan with two bay elevations. On the north side entrance doorway with timber frame under segmental brick arch, vertical board door. To right on ground floor a C20 casement window in enlarged window. On first floor two early C20 two-light casements in original, openings with segmental brick arches. Similar windows on other sides, all with upper transom and glazing bars.
