Cottage, C17. Timber framed and roughcast rendered on brick
sill with thatched half-hipped roofs of long straw. Original
ridge stack of gault brick to main range. Plan of hall range
with lobby entry, and crosswing at right hand. One storey and
attic. Two C19 flush frame hung sashes of twelve panes each on
either side of doorway to lobby entry. Door of six raised and
fielded panels. Gable end has fire insurance plaque. The
crosswing is of similar date and materials. One storey and
attic. One horizontal sliding sash to the gable end.
Interior: Timber framing exposed. Two bay main range with
abutting hearths. Closed truss between crosswing and main
range.
