Villa, 1847. Gault brick, and slate roof, hipped with two
symmetrical, internal stacks, and bracketed eaves. Double pile
plan. Two storeys. Double fronted with two recessed hung
sashes of twelve panes each. The ground floor windows are
similar but larger and flank the doorway with doorcase of plain
pilasters, frieze and narrow cornice. Two steps up to six
panelled door with rectangular fanlight. Date panel of stone to
right hand side wall.
