Circa 1800. 3 storeys; painted brick; tiled roof, plain cornice with mutules;
3 windows, glazing bars; upper storey with shutters. Modern doorcase in
the C18 manner. The whole front has a Neo-Georgian appearance. Some original
interior fittings and plaster work. (RCHM 132).
All the listed buildings on the East Side of King's Parade form a group.
