Early C19. Gault brick. 3 storeys, 2 windows, sashes with glazing bars
on top floor, without on 1st floor. The 1st floor windows have contemporary
cast-iron balconies. Late C19 shopfront. Parapet with band. Slate roof,
not visible. (RCHM 128).
All the listed buildings on the East Side of King's Parade form a group.
