1787. Five storeys with attics; brown brick with rubbed red brick dressings;
fluted plaster frieze below parapet; bands between storeys; tiled roof;
two windows, flush frames, glazing bars; modern shop front. Modern parapet,
roof not visible. Some original panelling and plasterwork survives. (RCHM 125).
All the listed buildings on the East Side of King's Parade form a group.
