House. Early-mid C18. Flint with brick dressings, old tile roof, central
brick chimney with attached shafts. 2 storeys and attic, 2 bays. Plinth,
first floor band course, wide brick quoins. Large barred horizontal
sliding sash to ground floor left, 3-light barred wooden casement with
segmental relieving arch to ground floor right, similar 2-light
casements to first floor. Blind window panel to centre of first floor,
central 6-panelled door with gabled timber and slate hood. Paired
barred wooden casements with segmental relieving arches to gables. Outshot
to rear. An inscription on a post inside-reads 'Erected 1734 by William
Culper'.
