Early C19. One of the original granaries of Newnham Grange, but extensively
remodelled in circa 1895. Grey gault brick. 3 storeys, the third storey
is an addtion, sashes and casements. The west wall has a plat band with
modern openings below and a round-headed and segmented headed recess above.
West wall much altered, 3 blocked windows on 1st floor, oriels above, balconies.
Tiled roof. (RCHM 287.)
