Corner site with Vicarage Road. Circa 1840-50 villa. 2 storeys yellow brick. Low
hipped slate roof with flat eaves. Broad 3 window symmetrical front. Recessed
marginal glazed sashes with gauged brick flat arches. Panelled and glazed door
in panelled reveal architrave case with roundel corner blocks. Tuscan column porch
with modern entablature. 2 window south elevation, one blind and French casement
with marginal glazing in pilaster frame to right hand on ground floor. West garden
front of 3 windows, glazing bars intact with panelled and marginal glazed door to
centre ground floor in panelled reveal with pilaster case, diamond panel to frieze
and shaped brackets to cornice.
