Mid C18 block at end of coach lane facing north-east and forming return of north-west
range of stables. Tall 2 storeys. Rubble with ashlar dressings. Slate roof with
long sky-light. 5 windows on 1st floor, central window round, with keys. Door
on 1st floor with later cast iron steps to right. Ground floor has central arched
entrance with keystone and imposts. 2 side entrances, arched/ (blocked to right)
4 windows, casement, with cambered hinds. Gilt lettering above ground floor.

Boundary Wall to the east of coachway of Nos 72 and 74 (The Cock Hotel), stable
and outbuildings of Nos 72 and 74 (The Cock Hotel) and the former coach-house at
rear of Nos 72 and 74 (The Cock Hotel) form a group.
