Detached stucco house in own grounds, circa 1830. 2 storeys, 3 window entrance
front with central pediment and recessed Greek Doric porch. Wreath ornament in
tympanum and to frieze. 3 windows. Stuccoed front has verandah with cast iron
supports and key-pattern trellis. Slate roof.
