House. c1840. Flint. Welsh slate hipped roof, brick stack to
left and right on rear pitch. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Quoins,
windows and door dressings have long and short stonework. At
centre is a C20 recessed door with blinded fanlight set under
round stone arch. To left and to right is a 2-leaf 8-pane C20
French casement each set under cambered stone arch; cast-iron
verandah with trellis supports and cresting across front with
tented roof. First floor has two 16-pane sashes. (Verandah
supports at time of survey removed and being repaired for
refixing). INTERIOR not inspected.
