C18 painted hrick corner building with stone plinth. Steeply pitched corrugated iron
roof with stone coped gable ends and hipped corner. Moulded eaves cornice. Two
storeys. Four window range to both Lyme Street and South Street elevations. Sashes
with glazing bars in exposed casing and flat brick arches with keystones. Good early
C19 corner shop with bowed windows with glazing bars curved into centre doorway at the
corner. Lyme Street side has central pilastered doorcase converted to window.
