Early C19 stuccoed building. Tarred slate hipped roof with paired brackets to deep
eaves soffit. Stone quoin pilasters with Greek key motif design. Two storeys. Three
bays, centre slightly recessed. Sash windows with glazing bars. Centre first floor
with elliptical arch and intersecting glazing bars. Ground floor right and left in
elliptical arched recesses. Central Doric portico in antis with two stone columns and
columns and entablature with trigolyphs.
