Cottage. C18. Cob and stone mix, stone plinth, plastered under single roman
clay tiled gabled-end roof. End stacks of brick. 2 storeys. Front: 3 window
range, 2 and 3-light windows above, the centre window very small, two 3-light
windows below with central porch, pantiled on timber posts. All windows late C19
2-pane wood casements. Interior not inspected, although one chamfered beam
visible. Included for group value with Huxham Church.
