House. Circa 1800. Volcanic rubble trap with hipped slate roof and central axial
brick stack. Square in plan with side porch and later extension at rear and garage
to left-hand side. 2 storeys to main house.
Symmetrical front: 4 windows to ground floor, 2 above, all with pointed heads C20
timber 2-light casements, each light of 6 panes, with apex panes in addition. The
first floor casements of 9 panes per light may be C19. 3 arched recesses to sides.
Rear windows of one and two lights above lean-to extension. Side door (porch
renewed) with fanlight.
