House. Early C19. Rendered, probably cob and stone; 2-span slate roof, gabled at
ends; end stacks to front block, right end stack to rear block.
Plan: Double depth plan, 2 rooms wide, with a central entrance into a passage, stair
to rear of passage.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front with original recessed panelled front
door with a rectangular fanlight and a good doorcase with an entablature on consoles.
Windows with moulded architraves glazed with later C19 2-pane plate glass sash
windows. The left return has a small pointed arched first floor window. A ramped
garden wall adjoining the left end, matching the wall adjoining the right end of
Rothesay (qv), is included in the listing.
Interior: Not inspected but likely to retain original features.
