House in row. Early C19. Rendered, slate mansard roof. 2 storeys and attic, 1 window; a deep 4-pane sash raking dormer behind a parapet and above an 8:12:8-pane sash bowed oriel with dentil cornice, and a 12-pane sash. To the left, under a fanlight with radial bars, a modified 6-panel door. Ridge stack. Across the full width of the front and returned at both ends are cast-iron spearhead railings, with 6 standards on scroll supporters and with urn finials; opposite the doorway a gate. The railings are set to a low stone plinth. This property is set back from the adjoining No.13 (qv). INTERIOR: not inspected.
