Early to mid C19 detached house. 3 storeys and attics stuccoed. Half-
hipped slate roof with half-octagonal belvedere. 3 sashes with glazing
bars intact. 2 storey tented verandah with iron columns and anthenian
motif balustrading. Round-headed doorcase with semi-circular fanlight
and pilasters. Important hillside position.
