Early to Mid C19 terrace. 9 three storeyed stuccoed houses with slate roof
having bracket eaves cornices. Pilasters separate houses. 3 windows each.
Cornices on console brackets to 1st floor windows. Some ground floor trel-
lised verandahs. This is the only terrace of its kind in Dawlish and parti-
cularly important because of its hillside position.
