Circa 1840. Ashlar with quoins and band at first floor. Hipped slate roof with wide eaves. Two storeys. Two windows unbarred sashes first floor. Ground floor has stone bays with cornice and parapet, centre French casements otherwise plain glazing. Facade to Abercrombie Street has door with rectangular fanlight, doorcase now missing.
