White Gate House
II

Farmhouse. C17 with C19 addition to front. Rendered stone, painted gritstone
dressings and stone slate roof. Stone gable end stacks. Two storeys, two
bays. Central C19 addition covering original doorcase. Tooled doorcase with
glazed door to east side of the addition. To east, 2-light recessed and
chamfered mullion window with two pane casements. Similar 3-light window to
west, Above, similar windows to those below. To rear, one small C17 leaded
stair window.
