Public house. Late C18. Coursed limestone rubble with painted stone dressings
and chamfered quoins. Slate roof stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Two
stone gable end stacks with plain banding. Plain eaves band. Three storeys,
three bays. Central door with stepped architrave. Bracketed stone hood over.
Raised and fielded panelled door with plain rectangular overlight. To either side,
plain sashes in plain stone surrounds. Above, three similar sashes. Three
similar, but shallower, windows above to eaves. Tall, transomed stair window
to east gable wall.
