House formerly Inn. Dated 1835 over entrance. Red sandstone ashlar with plain
cornice, slate roof with lead hips, rendered chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3
bays. 6-panel door with glazed fanlight and pilastered surround, has prostyle
Tuscan porch with moulded entablature and cornice. Sash windows with glazing
bars with plain stone surrounds. Blind window to south-west wall has painted
glazing bars. In 1847, this was the Ridge House Inn (Mannix & Whellan
Directory).
