Adjoins Nos 11 and 12 Strand, with its front to the Strand, but its entrance
on the lane on the right. First half of C19. Stucco. 3 storeys and basement,
with a band over. Strand front has a single and a double sash window on
ground and 1st floors, and a double sash on top floor, all in plain stone
architraves. Hamilton Lane side to right has a door up steps, with an iron
railing.

Forms a group with Nos 10 to 13 (consec) West Street.
