House with shop. Late C18. Red brick with Welsh slate roof.
Right-hand end stack. 3 storeys. Regular 3-window range.
Parapet with stone coping and cornice band. Upper floors with
12-pane hornless sash windows; rubbed brick flat window arches
and stone sills. Ground floor; impost band connects round-headed
arches over doorways to either side of late C20 shop window with
glazing bars. Stuccoed, with plinth. Bust of Dickens over left-
hand door. C20 doors with rectangular overlight. Fluted lead
rainwater head between Nos 51 and 53. Interior not inspected.
