C18 or earlier. The side elevation is of 2 storeys. The ground floor is
of brick and stone, the first floor is tile-hung. Half- hipped tiled roof.
4 restored windows. The front elevation is of 3 storeys red brick with stone
coping. Sash windows with some blanks. 2 good late C18 doorcases with open
pediments, pilasters, semi-circular fanlights and 6 fielded panelled doors.
End elevation of flint and brick.


Lesser Knowlesthorpe, Nos 3, 4 and Watermill form a group.
