GV II

House. C16. Timber framed with C18 red brick facade, later additions and
alterations. Red plain tiled roof, 2 segmental headed dormers. Right and left
external red brick chimney stacks, small chimney stack to left and attached
diagonal shaft stack to rear right. Parapet and moulded band. 2 storeys and
attics. 2 storey extension to right, grey slate roof hipped to right and one
window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes. 3 window range to main
block of 2 or 3 light small paned vertically sliding sashes, rubbed brick
segmental arches over. Left ground floor window mullions are pilasters with
moulded capitals and bases, moulded frieze over. Central panelled and glazed
door, reveal panels, frieze, Tuscan columns support the moulded pediment.
