west of Elderbeck (q.v.)

Barn. Probably C18 with earlier parts; lintel inscribed: "IW 1681". Stone
rubble with slate roof. South elevation has ventilation slots and blocked
segmental-headed barn entrance; inserted windows to western end. Eastern end is
higher with window inserted in blocked triangular-headed entrance and inserted
garage door. North elevation has 1st floor entrance up steps and varied
entrances and windows. Segmental-headed barn entrance.
