House. Mid-C16. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with handmade red plain
tiles. C16 rebuild on site of open hall associated with crosswing to SW, now
no. 30 (item 6/190 q.v.). 2 storeys. 2-window range of C20 casements. C20
lean-to porch with red plain tile roof. Original frame is exposed internally,
with stop-chamfered beams.
