House and extension, now two dwellings. C18 with possibly earlier core. The
left lower range extension, No. 13 with C20 rough rendered facing. Timber
framed and plastered. Red tiled roofs, that to No. 13 hipped to left, with a
rear chimney stack. Left and right red brick chimney stacks to main range. Two
storeys and attics to main range. Two flat headed dormers. Panelled parapet,
modillioned cornice. Two, two storey semi-circular bays. Three window range of
small paned vertically sliding sashes. Six steps approach the fine six panelled
door with moulded semi-circular light over, fluted columns with capitals and
bases, frieze, dentilled soffits to open pediment. Left range with single range
of C20 four light casements with transoms.
