Cottage. C18, altered in C20. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. Three bays facing west, with stack. Single-storey lean-to extension to right. One storey with attics. Ground floor, three C20 casements. First floor, two more in gabled half-dormers, and one C18 two-light window with diamond leading and early glass. Door at front of C20 gabled porch. Listed for Group Value.
