A late C18 red brick front with a parapet, now cement rendered. 3 storeys
and cellars. 2 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in
flush cased frames. The ground storey has a C20 shop. Roofs tiled. There
is an earlier wing at the rear.
Nos 56, 58A and 58 Nos 60 to 66 (even) form a group with No 47, The
Spread Eagle Hotel and Nos 53 to 57 (odd).
