Remains of market cross. C14 but restored 1878 by Revd William Haley Bathurst
of Lydney Park and 1957 by public subscription. Sandstone. Seven plain steps
in pyramid, on eighth step with square nosing chamfered back to vertical riser,
carrying square base with ogee-head cinquefoil headed niched recesses set on
chamfered base and capped with steep chamfered top. The shaft and cross missing.
Inset tablet on north side records restorations.
