Estate cottage. Mid C19. Red brick ground floor and fish-scale tile hanging
on first floor. Plain tiled roof. L-shaped plan. Two storeys with moulded bargeboards to gable to left and to right return and to 2 half-dormers in re-entrant elevations. Stacks to both wings. Paired wooden casements with arched leaded lights on each first floor elevation and on ground floor to right and
to left return. Canted bays with similar fenestration on ground floor gable
ends. Rib and stud door in raking porch to right re-entrant face of left hand wing. Catslide outshots to rear right and to left return.
