Early-mid C18 house of 2 storeys, 4 windows irregularly placed. Moderately
high pitched, tiled roof, hipped at left and abutting on No 18 at right.
Curved rafter ends appear above brick dentil cornice. Plastered front.
Late C19 sash windows in earlier, near-flush, moulded frames. At right
a canted bay runs through 2 storeys and there is another on ground floor
to left of door. Door, of 2 glazed, 2 fielded and 2 flat panels, in 2nd
bay from right, has panelled reveal, reeded pilasters and cornice hood
on carved consoles.
No 12, Nos 16 to 28 (even) and No 28A form a group.
