Stable and cowshed. C18, in 2 phases; C19 and C20 alterations. Rubblestone with
brick dressings, and ironstone galleting; stable with some red brick in Flemish
garden wall bond on rubblestone plinth, some rubblestone brought to course, and some
cobblestone. Replacement plain tile roofs. Single storey with loft to stable.
L-shaped range, the south ended extended by one bay and altered to form 2-bay stable
and leave cowshed of 2 + 2 (returning) bays. Yard elevation: stable has brick
bands to left bay and early-mid C20 stable door with overlight; quoined window to
right bay. Early C20 flat-roofed addition to front of cowshed range. Rear:
2 former brick-quoined doorways to cowshed range, 1 blocked and 1 with window.
Interior: stable has weatherboard gable with loft door to right gable. Old rafters
(without ridgepiece) and collars.
