C17. Example of small vernacular cottage, the main part being a low single-storeyed block with attic, with a cross piece attached at the west end. New tile roof, hipped at the east, gabled at the west, with a separate 1/2-hipped roof at right angles above the west block. Three small gabled dormers. Exposed framing, rendered in the old part, brick-nogged at the west. Irregularly-spaced small casements with ground-floor bay at the west side.
