C17, C18. One storey and attic, 3 upper windows. Thatched roof, with eyebrow dormers, catslide at rear. Tapered stacks at each end. Exposed timber frame, with painted brick infill. Casements, old leaded lights to the upper windows. Boarded door in solid frame.
