1910, by H R and B A Poulton. Art Nouveau pair. 2 storeys. Front has
double gable with jettied first floor overhanging ground floor bays.
Roof falls to low eaves on either side, extending on brackets to form
a hood to each entrance door. Side elevations break the symmetry; north
side is a gable, projected at the top to protect a tall 2-storeyed bay
window, containing a French window at ground floor. South side is massive
hipped roof with a hipped roof dormer, ending as a low eaves. Tile roofing,
brick walling with half-timber effect, including curved braces and arch-
braces to projections. Large chimneys, with diagonal stacks. Decorative
lead hopper-head and RWP in centre is dated 1910, below letter N.
