Early C19. Front (east) of 2 storeys, 4 windows. Low-pitched hipped slate roof.
Rendered walls, stone cills. Sashes in reveals. The doorway has a moulded canopy on carved brackets, a decorative fanlight, and a 6-flush-panelled (2 top galzed) door To the south side there is a red brick boundary wall in Flemish bond, with flat buttresses and plinth.
