C18 and modern. Two storeys, 3 windows. Hipped thatch roof. Flint walling with red brick quoins, verticals, impost band to cambered ground floor openings, plinth. Casements. One boarded door in
a solid frame; the other doorway now a window. To the north side is a flat-roofed single-storeyed extension which forms, with part of the main block, the second dwelling (Rivers Edge).
