Former farmhouse, now house. Late C17 or early C18, porch early
C19, window glazing and opening lights late C20. Coursed, roughly
squared stone, stone slate roof. Three-window front, one-room
deep, L-plan, 2 1/2 storeys. Ground floor front, plinth, central
fully glazed door, rectangular light over, under porch, tent-shaped
lead roof, wrought-iron frame. Four-light mullioned window each
side, king mullion; moulded string course acts as hoodmould, steps
up over door. First floor 2-light mullioned window centre, 3-light
either side, moulded string course just below eaves acts as
hoodmould. Parapet gables, gable chimneys, ashlar, moulded string
and caps. Three gabled dormers, each with 2-light casement.
String courses do not return on gables.
