south west of Horsley Court

GV II

Dovecote. Late C17. Random rubble limestone; stone slate roof.
Square with full gable to each face. Five rows of pigeon holes
with perches to each gable, each with oval owl hole. Upper floor
level doorway on west side with timber lintel reached by stone
steps with cantilevered landing slab. Extended collar roof
structure, mostly restored in C20. Attached outbuildings to south
are not of special interest.
