Three estate houses, semi-detached. c1870 for Harman Grisewood.
Coursed squared and dressed limestone and sandstone with ashlar
quoins, stone slate roof, ashlar stacks. Rectangular main body with
central gable projecting forwards at front, lean-to porch attached
left, projecting porches from left and right-hand walls of main
body also. 1 1/2 storeys. 2 and 3-light metal casements mostly
with patterned glazing. All windows with stopped hoods.
'Tudor'-arched entrance porch. C19 plank doors within all 3
porches. Roll-moulded saddleback gable-end coping with moulded
kneelers.
