Large detached house. Early C19, absorbing C18 cottage in north
east corner. Coursed rubble stone with ashlar-faced south front,
Cotswold stone-slate roof with 7 various stone stacks, 4 to the
north with offset and cornice. 2 long parallel ranges with one
hipped end to the south and 3 small projecting coped gables with
finials on entrance front to east. 2 storeys. Entrance front
has 2 storeys, 5 windows mainly 16-pane sashes under flat voussoir
arches. Ground floor has C20 lean-to between left and central
gables, and 2 doorways - double doors to left and single centre
right, all panelled. South front has overhanging eaves and
modillion cornice in wood, gabled dormer on left-hand range and
projecting hipped ashlar-faced wing to right.
