Farmhouse. C18 with C19 extension rear left. Coursed squared and
dressed limestone with limestone slate roof with limestone gable
coping and ashlar stacks. 'L' shaped plan with C19 extension
extending back rear right. 2 storeys and attic lit by two 3-light
dormers with casement windows. 3-windowed, all 3-light stone-
mullioned casements with stopped hoods and horizontal glazing bars.
Plank door off centre right with C19 door knocker. Flat gable end
coping with roll-cross saddles. Single left gable end stack; twin
flue central almost axial stack. Both stacks with moulded capping.
Interior: bread oven in situ in C19 extension. Interior otherwise
not inspected.
