4/21 Waterton Farm House
II
Detached house. Probably early C18. Random coursed rubble stone,
partly limewashed with large alternating flush quoins, stone slate
roof, stone end stacks with offset and moulded cornice to east.
Single main range with small extension to north east and adjoining
lean-to, 2 storeys and attic. South front has 2 widely spaced long
twin wooden casements. Two similar below with additional one on
inside to left of later projecting hipped porch, all windows with
timber lintels. Two small gabled dormers. Scattered fenestration
on north side, all 2-light leaded casements with timber lintels,
and one blocked doorway towards left.
